Was never able too speak with a live person.

I placed an order last year and never received it. My payment method was Klarna.

I reported not receiving the Oder and I am still being charged. Why should I pay for something never received?

I browsed through the website and I tagged three (3) bags to look into later. Somehow their system assumed that I was going to purchase the 3 bags and I later learned that they were charged to my MasterCard (I received email confirmations).

I emailed Verano right away (within minutes) several times and called over fifteen times to no avail.

All attempts were un-answered. There was no response to the emails and the phone calls were dropped while still dialing. Two weeks later I received 2 emails stating that they were not able to cancel the orders as they initiate the shipping process within second of an order. Their customer service is NON existent.

I called my phone carrier to determine if I was the only person having an issue getting thru their phone number, but the carrier (T-Mobile) agent couldn't access the number either.

Not being able to contact the company, I contacted my credit card company, who suggested I cancel the credit card used, in case this was a fraudulent site and now my credit card number was out there on the dark web.

Never again will I deal with this company. While investigating the reviews about them posted, I discovered more than 400 negative reviews that had essentially my same complaint (unable to contact customer service and deceiving descriptions/photos of the products).

I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. The purses you get are not what they show in their website.

There's no customer service, no one picks up any call. The phone keeps ringing and then cuts off.

No response to numerous emails, no call backs. The worst customer service!

I have been sending emails and trying to call this company to get a QR code without which I cannot return the purse. No one has replied to my emails or replies to my calls. The purse was paid for by my husband whose email address is biztrackers@***.com
